Principal - Jim Glaskin
Mr. Glaskin started Intermountain Commercial Mortgage in 1995, as a full service mortgage banker, with correspondent relationships ranging from Life Insurance Companies, CMBS conduits, Regional Banks and one of six nationwide correspondents for a $250M private mortgage fund.
Included in Mr. Glaskin’s career was a nine year position as Chairman and CEO of a Financial Institution Holding Company. Other professional experience includes commercial real estate acquisitions, development, dispositions, asset management and receiverships.
